ABOUT PHIL
Phil McCredden is the principal consultant of Adapte Leadership and an experienced leader, facilitator, trainer, and coach. Over the past twenty years he has worked with a range of corporate and non-profit organisations and has a Bachelor of Theology degree majoring in counselling and a Master of Arts with a major in leadership.

In our experience, leaders may be able to identify issues which need to be addressed but may need external guidance and assistance to do so. Using an external consultant or facilitator can assist in drawing out the ideas and strategies which enable you to go through a process of change in direction or focus.
